Meibao has built a production base covering an area of 125 acres, with a
workshop of 12000 square meters, covering the production processes of
raw material storage, product injection molding, assembly and debugging,
and finished product storage. The workshop has nearly a hundred types
of production equipment such as large-scale extrusion machines,
injection molding machines, lathes, and has added a mold department,
product testing department, and quality monitoring department.
The company produces 13 series of products, including self priming pumps, magnetic pumps, vertical pumps, metering pumps, diaphragm pumps, chemical liquid filters, etc., which are widely used in various fields such as electroplating, coating, PCB circuit boards, etching, waste gas treatment, sewage treatment, photovoltaic, semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, etc. The company has successively passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and has obtained a total of 85 patents.
