Product Features

　　The idle self priming pump utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to transport liquid. A cooling circulation system is added, and the internal circulation is powered by the impeller to form a self circulation channel. The main function is to use the water source inside the pump body to circulate and cool the mechanical seal when there is liquid medium in the pump body, effectively protecting the mechanical seal. The external circulation uses ASTM standard pump specific coolant and utilizes thermodynamic principles to form a self circulation mechanism, achieving the purpose of circulating cooling to protect the mechanical seal. The cooling box is made of FRPP acid and alkali resistant material, which is integrated into injection molding. Thus breaking the drawbacks of traditional self priming pumps that cannot idle, burn machine seals, liquid leakage, pollute the environment, and increase maintenance costs.
