  First, the magnetic pump due to cavitation

  Pump cavitation is mainly due to the pump inlet pipe resistance, more gas phase of the transport medium, filling the pump is not sufficient, the pump inlet energy head is not enough and other reasons. Cavitation is very harmful to the pump, cavitation occurs when the pump vibrates violently, the balance is seriously damaged, will lead to pump bearings, rotor or impeller damage. This is a common cause of magnetic pump failure.

  Second, no medium or small flow rate of the transport medium

  So that the rotor spindle and the stability of the bearing dry friction, burned bearing. Magnetic pumps are lubricated and cooled by the delivery medium to the sliding bearings, in the absence of open inlet or outlet valves, the sliding bearings due to the absence of delivery medium lubrication and cooling and lead to high temperature and thus damage.

  Fourth, the isolation sleeve damage

  Magnetic pump magnetic coupling is cooled by the pump conveying medium, if the medium has hard particles, it is easy to cause the isolation sleeve scratched or scratched through, sometimes if the maintenance method is not appropriate may also cause damage to the isolation sleeve.

  Prevent demagnetisation

  1. The magnetic torque should not be designed too small.

  2. It should be operated under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly prohibited for the medium temperature to exceed the standard. Magnetic pump isolation sleeve can be installed on the outer surface of the platinum resistance temperature sensor to detect the temperature rise in the ring gap region, so that the temperature exceeds the limit of the alarm or shutdown.
